En tant que praticiens, nous r\u00e9alisons l'importance et le caract\u00e8re sacr\u00e9 du deuil, sans le craindre ni juger notre chemin de gu\u00e9rison ; et si le deuil est personnel et se produit en son temps et \u00e0 sa mani\u00e8re, chaque parcours est diff\u00e9rent. Parfois, nous n'avons tout simplement pas l'espace n\u00e9cessaire pour faire notre deuil, et nous pouvons souffrir des ann\u00e9es plus tard sans reconna\u00eetre qu'il s'agit d'un deuil non r\u00e9solu.<\/p><p>De nombreuses situations nous causent beaucoup de peine et de chagrin : des pertes qui changent la vie, la mort d'un \u00eatre cher, la fin d'une relation, la mort d'un animal de compagnie, la fin d'un emploi, un divorce. Et puis il y a le chagrin quotidien : un ami nous laisse tomber, nos enfants ont des difficult\u00e9s, nous ressentons la perte de nos racines et de notre communaut\u00e9. Notre culture semble encourager la rigidit\u00e9 de la l\u00e8vre sup\u00e9rieure et le passage \u00e0 autre chose. Mais il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire qu'il en soit ainsi. Il n'existe pas de calendrier ni de solution pour \"surmonter\" ou \"passer \u00e0 autre chose\" apr\u00e8s un deuil. Mais nous pouvons apprendre \u00e0 grandir autour de nos blessures douloureuses et commencer \u00e0 trouver la paix et \u00e0 nous souvenir avec plus d'amour que de douleur. Le deuil n'est pas quelque chose que l'on peut simplement \"r\u00e9parer\" ; il s'agit plut\u00f4t d'un processus que l'on apprend \u00e0 g\u00e9rer avec du temps, de la patience et de l'auto-compassion. D\u00e9veloppez les comp\u00e9tences et l'\u00e9tat d'esprit n\u00e9cessaires pour faire face efficacement aux hauts et aux bas in\u00e9vitables du deuil, ce qui vous permettra de trouver la gu\u00e9rison, la croissance et, en fin de compte, un sens renouvel\u00e9 \u00e0 votre vie.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Questions d'information :<\/p><p>1. En mettant trop l'accent sur l'humanit\u00e9 commune et l'universalit\u00e9, nous risquons d'\u00e9viter d'aborder la diff\u00e9rence dans toute sa richesse et sa difficult\u00e9. Nous ne pouvons pas nous attaquer aux causes de la souffrance ou ressentir un sentiment d'appartenance sans curiosit\u00e9, validation et reconnaissance de l'unicit\u00e9 de chacun d'entre nous.<\/p><p>Cet atelier invitera chacun d'entre nous \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer \"cet \u00eatre humain\" en m\u00eame temps qu'il est cet \u00eatre humain. Nous mettrons en lumi\u00e8re ce que c'est que d'\u00eatre un \u00eatre humain \u00e0 ce moment pr\u00e9cis de l'histoire. Nous explorerons la mani\u00e8re dont ces deux consid\u00e9rations peuvent \u00e9clairer les prochaines \u00e9tapes pour nous, en tant qu'individus et collectifs, afin de nous aider \u00e0 int\u00e9grer une perspective sociale dans notre pratique de la pleine conscience, notre enseignement et notre recherche. Nous esp\u00e9rons ouvrir un dialogue de recherche mutuelle, en \u00e9coutant et en apprenant les uns des autres, en explorant collectivement ce \u00e0 quoi la pleine conscience pourrait ressembler dans les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures. Nous aurons l'occasion d'entendre les derniers r\u00e9sultats des recherches men\u00e9es par <strong>Professeur Katherine Weare<\/strong>des points de vue d'enfants et de jeunes eux-m\u00eames ; une vue d'ensemble des enseignements tir\u00e9s du d\u00e9veloppement de la pleine conscience \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole, introduisant un cadre qui offre divers points d'entr\u00e9e et un \u00e9ventail de voies pour introduire et soutenir la pleine conscience au sein et pour les communaut\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives, y compris : une approche de la pleine conscience pour tout r\u00f4le dans une \u00e9cole ; l'enseignement d'une mati\u00e8re en pleine conscience ; l'enseignement discret de la pleine conscience aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves ; le soutien aux communaut\u00e9s d'enseignants de la pleine conscience \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole, et le d\u00e9veloppement intentionnel d'une culture scolaire enti\u00e8re qui incarne les valeurs, les qualit\u00e9s et les attitudes de la pleine conscience.<\/p><p>Cet atelier sera \u00e9galement l'occasion d'entendre des r\u00e9flexions sur les r\u00e9cents travaux inspir\u00e9s de <strong>Esther Ghey<\/strong> (m\u00e8re de Brianna, une adolescente britannique assassin\u00e9e) pour financer la formation \u00e0 la pleine conscience d'un enseignant dans chaque \u00e9cole de Warrington, la ville natale de Brianna, ainsi que pour sensibiliser les m\u00e9dias et les d\u00e9cideurs \u00e0 la pleine conscience.
