FIVE REASONS TO JOIN US ONLINE FOR ICM:2024, BANGOR
The conference will be a tremendously valuable resource for anyone interested in mindfulness and how it relates to the challenges we face today. We understand that attending the conference in Bangor might be difficult for many due to cost, timing, and travel constraints. Or perhaps you prefer to connect virtually – in a world where mindfulness can now be accessible online, any time and from anywhere. That is why we are also streaming and recording the event, and making it available internationally.
If you can’t join us in Bangor, here are five reasons to let the International Conference on Mindfulness come to you:
- Diverse Offerings: Enjoy an extensive range of talks, online-only workshops and discussion panels featuring leading teachers and researchers from all around the world.
- Interactive Experience: Watch keynotes, panels, and some research presentations streamed live, with the opportunity to submit questions.
- On-Demand Access: Gain access to recordings of the keynotes, panel discussions and all of the research presentations after the conference closes. Recordings will be available for at least six months from the end of the conference.
- Community Connections: Connect with affinity groups that share your interests and concerns.
- Flexible Options: Customise your online conference pass to include different elements, such as the main virtual conference, retreat day, or post-conference workshop day, in any combination that suits your needs.
Of course, if you can come to the conference in-person, you will get all of the above and much more, but our online option ensures you don’t miss out on the core experience. Additionally, you could opt for a hybrid approach, attending some parts in-person and others online, maximising your experience based on your preferences and schedule.
We have kept the price of the online conference as low as possible, offering great value. However, if the cost is still a barrier, consider applying for a bursary — applications close on 29 July.
