Bookings have now closed to allow our team time to process and finalise conference numbers.
Part of our vision involves removing financial barriers, as much as we can, by offering bursaries towards the cost of a conference ticket.
Bursary applications are now closed.

- The main conference concludes at 18:45 on Sunday.

Some parts of the conference will be live streamed and/or recorded. Purchasing a 2.5 or 5 day in-person ticket automatically includes 6 months online access to recorded materials, which will be added to our Community Portal after the event.
A significant portion of the conference is accessible virtually, though may not entirely replicate the in-person event’s atmosphere and networking opportunities.
If you didn’t purchase a conference pass, unfortunately online access to the conference has now closed. However, there are plans to make the recordings available afterwards, please sign up for the conference newsletter to keep up to date with developments: http://eepurl.com/h_9xqn
For those who attended, gathering all conference session recordings is a huge task. We will work as hard and as fast as we can but we need to get it right. We encourage everyone to embrace this journey with kindness, gentleness, and compassion. We’re all here together, doing our best, and we appreciate your support.
Some livestreamed sessions can be found in the ICM:2024 Community Portal. Recordings of all Keynotes, Panel sessions and Research Talks will be made available by the end of September. 2.5 or 5 day pass holders will have access to these recordings for at least 6 months.
The Retreat day will not be recorded as it is best experienced in the moment.
Post-conference workshops recordings (Tuesday 6 August) will be available at a later date. Since they are interactive workshops, we will edit out any personal contributions from attendees, as we have not obtained prior consent for filming these individuals. This editing process may take some time, and the recording will not include the entire day’s proceedings.
If you are part of an International Hub, please check with your local organisers to find out more, as this may not apply.
