Part of our vision involves removing financial barriers, as much as we can, by offering bursaries towards the cost of a conference ticket.

Please see our Bursaries page for an option to apply for a 25-50% bursary contribution towards the price of the conference ticket fee.

We have a dedicated Accessibility page to support those attending ICM:2024 at Bangor. The Conference Team are committed to holding the conference in a way that creates an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere for all.

Accommodation is not included in the ticket price and you will need to arrange your own place to stay for the duration of the conference. Suggested accommodation, food and travel options have been provided on the ‘About Bangor’ section of this website. Please note that ICM:2024 does not assume responsibility for third-party accommodation.

Some parts of the conference will be recorded. Purchasing a 2.5 or 5 day in-person ticket automatically includes 6 months online access to recorded materials, which will be added to our Community site after the event.

Online-only tickets will become available in Spring 2024 for those who prefer to attend remotely, offering you the chance to join our conference from anywhere in the world. While we aim to make a significant portion of the conference accessible virtually, the exact details and scope are currently being determined and may not entirely replicate the in-person event’s atmosphere and networking opportunities. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to develop and refine our online offerings.

To be the first to hear when online tickets become available, please subscribe to the ICM:2024 mailing list.
